A listing, search position, editorial mention, or link does not constitute certification, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee. You are responsible for evaluating a business, confirming current details, understanding its policies, and deciding whether a service is appropriate for you.

Information changes

We work to publish useful, source-based information, but menus, prices, service contents, hours, addresses, staff, credentials, booking availability, and policies can change without notice. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or error-free. Contact the business directly before relying on time-sensitive information.

Ordinary search-engine crawling that follows our published technical directives and limited quotation allowed by law are not prohibited by this section.

Ownership and permitted references

The Head Spa Scout name, site design, original writing, selection, organization, and compilation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Business names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. You may link to public pages and make limited fair references, but no license is granted beyond what these terms or applicable law permits.

We may update content, features, or these terms and may suspend access to protect the site or comply with law. The updated date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
