How to report an error or change

Email nocturnaldevs@gmail.com with “Listing correction” in the subject line. A useful report includes:

• The Head Spa Scout page URL and the business name.
• The exact sentence or field you believe is wrong or outdated.
• The corrected information you propose.
• A current public source, official document, or first-party booking link that supports the change.
• Your relationship to the business, if any.

Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, payment, or account information. We need evidence about the published fact, not details about an individual appointment dispute.

How we review a correction

1. We identify the exact claim and the source originally used.
2. We check the submitted evidence and look for a current authoritative source.
3. We resolve conflicts by considering source ownership, specificity, and recency.
4. We update, qualify, retain, or remove the information based on the evidence.
5. When appropriate, we refresh the listing’s last-checked date or add a correction note.

We aim to review clear factual corrections promptly, but timing depends on the evidence and the complexity of the issue. Sending a request does not guarantee the wording or outcome requested.

Business-owner requests

Business owners may provide current menus, service details, closure or relocation information, accessibility notes, and contact updates. We may ask you to respond from a business-domain email or update a public first-party source before treating a material claim as confirmed.

Ownership does not give a business control over independent editorial wording, source-based context, or inclusion of accurate practical limitations. Correction review is free. Advertising is not required and does not change the evidence standard.

When we remove a listing

A listing may be removed or unpublished when:

• The location is confirmed permanently closed.
• The head-spa service is no longer offered.
• The record duplicates another listing or combines different businesses.
• The business no longer meets our published inclusion criteria.
• Reliable information is too limited or contradictory to maintain the page responsibly.
• A legal or safety issue requires removal while the facts are reviewed.

We generally do not remove an otherwise qualifying, accurately described business merely because the owner does not want to appear in a public factual directory. We will consider privacy, safety, legal, and unusual hardship concerns individually.

What counts as a correction

A correction fixes a material factual error, such as a wrong address, price, service type, or description of what is included. A routine update reflects a fact that was correct when checked but later changed. Minor edits improve spelling, clarity, or formatting without changing the substance.

Significant corrections may be disclosed on the affected page. Routine listing refreshes usually appear through an updated “last checked” date or revised source note.
